Please note that due to the summer holiday season some orders may be dispatched delayed. This is because our suppliers have taken some time off, and we work only with vinyls and apparel that is already in stock. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. How do you ship your orders?

We ship our orders with standard post office services. This is because we want to keep a low shipping cost for our customers. It usually takes from 1 to 3 weeks for orders to reach their destination. Usually it takes less :)

 

What about the sizes?

 

How can I pay for an order?

You can safely pay online using Paypal. If you have a credit card, Paypal safely proccesses the billing info at its secure servers. We do not hold any credit card info on our website.


I have one of my own designs. Can you make it a T-shirt for me?

Sure. If it meets some technical requirements we can do it. Send us an email at info@arteefact.com for more info.


Can you make some t-shirts for my band?

Sure. We can design and produce merchandize for bands and companies or even projects. Send us an email at info@arteefact.com for more info.


Is there a return policy?

Yes. In the rare case that an item comes with errors, just send it back to us within 30 days from delivery and we will gladly replace it. Please include the order receipt that comes with your order and write down the reasons for returning it. And please, note that the item must be un-weared in order to be returned and replaced.
